During your stay, if you have comments, questions, or concerns that have not been addressed by your care provider, or if you think you are being prematurely discharged, please ask to speak with a manager. At any time, a patient or his/her representative has the right to file complaints regarding the quality of care received or safety issues to Center for Improvement in Healthcare Quality (CIHQ). A patient or his/her representative is not required to notify Black Hills Surgical Hospital prior to filing the complaint with CIHQ.
